For over twelve years, Final Approach Composites has been working on
composite aircraft, such as Lancair / Columbia 300, 350, and 400,
Cirrus SR20, SR22, and Diamond DA40. We do both minor and major
repairs on most composite structures. To ensure a strong, quality
repair, we use appropriate curing techniques along with calibrated
curing equipment to control the exact temperature and ramp rate
specific to the resin needs for proper strength of your particular
repair. As procedure, we monitor, log and recorded ambient
temperature, part temperature and relative humidity according to the
manufacturers’ specifications. Additionally, using advanced software,
we monitor the cure throughout the process within one tenth of a
degree. With the high temperatures it takes to cure composite, we take
all necessary precautions to keep your aircraft, hangar, and staff
safe by incorporating two separate thermal switches that shut down the
equipment in the event of a malfunction or emergency.

If you are in need of a composite repair, take advantage of our
experience, enthusiasm and professional approach and let us get you
back in the air.
